 RETURNS

We are proud of the quality we provide and stand behind our work. If there is an issue with your order for any of the following reasons, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can discuss options.

*Your goodies arrived broken or damaged.

Things happen. We do try our very best to protect our products during shipping. Please let us know if an item arrived damaged so we can change how we package our items and get your order fixed right up.

*Items from your order are missing/incorrect.

We are human, we do our very best to triple check every order, but sometimes we make mistakes.  Reach out, we try to photograph every order as it goes out as a reference so we should be able to double check your order.

Our pre-finished products may be returned within 7 days in original packaging with a receipt at the expense of the consumer (should it not be a fault of our own)

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in shipment, it is up to you to contact the shipping supplier for insurance coverage and replacement within 48 hours as well as notify us immediately. For local delivery, concerns must be brought up to our business within 48hrs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items provided from another vendor must be returned to that vendor. We also do not accept returns for products that are customized in any way including personalized decor, made to order items, etc.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Downloadable digital designs

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to our location without being asked to do so. Forced returns are not accepted and you will be responsible for any and all shipping charges in this instance including to return your item back to you.

Refunds
If we allow a refund of your item, you may ship it to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded (if warranted), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jellybeansmarket.ca.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Holidays

Due to the “made-to-order” nature of our items, the following may not be used as a reason for return:

*Claiming shipping damage after 72 hours.

*No longer needing the product or decided to change your mind. Unfortunately, because we are a home business, we don’t have the storage to hold products. This is how we maintain our lower pricing.

*You made an error on your end with spelling, dates, etc. Although we will not accept returns for this reason, please contact just as soon as you notice, and we will try our best to help you out.

*Your product is damaged due to improper handling by yourself. Most of our pieces are meant to be used as décor. Please be very careful handling your product to prevent damage and/or dings. That said, if you need help fixing something just reach out. We will see how we can help.

Seasonal items may not be returned after 7 days prior to the given holiday. This is to prevent a “decorate and return” type deal. Unfortunately used products will not be accepted. All products with a year (ie: 2020 at the bottom of the ornament) are final sale upon purchase.
